Machine Building
Our machine components are manufactured from the highest quality materials, in grades appropriate both to the part’s function and to the operating environment, for example, the use of ceramics for bearings, and special alloys for corrosive environments.
Critical parts are produced on modern machine tools in our own factory, supported by specialist partners of long standing.
All machines are fully assembled and tested in houseby qualified engineers before shipping. Quality Control is rigorous and well-documented: for individual components, for sub-systems, and for the checking and testing, under realistic production conditions, of completed machines.
